What you will do

As Justice Officer, you will provide administration and client services across justice programs.

You will help people, process applications and keep services running smoothly each day.

You will:

- provide helpful information and process applications for clients and the public
- greet people, answer questions and give accurate advice about justice services
- provide efficient administration for community corrections, sheriff's operations and regional programs
- manage accurate records, data, mail and routine correspondence across justice services
- support other locations when needed and suggest practical ways to improve services.

About you

Advanced computer skills are desirable, including word processing, spreadsheets, email and online systems. Experience in a multi-disciplinary service delivery team is also useful.

You can work well with different people and provide respectful service. You can stay calm, adapt to change and solve problems.

You should also have:

- strong computer skills and confidence using different systems and digital tools
- flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills and approaches
- respectful communication when working with people from different backgrounds and circumstances




- customer service skills that help you respond to needs and resolve issues promptly.
