Backam Group is currently seeking reliable Pick Packers for ongoing opportunities based in Villawood, NSW.
? Location: Villawood, NSW
? Pay Rate: $33.85 - $35.00 per hour

Working within a busy warehouse and food distribution environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, repacking, and quality checking products to ensure customer orders are prepared to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking and packing customer orders
- Repacking products from bulk packaging into smaller retail-sized packs
- Conducting quality checking and quality control inspections
- Weighing products accurately
- Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining stock accuracy and presentation standards
- General warehouse, packing, and production duties
- Following workplace health and safety procedures




- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:
✔️ Previous pick packing, warehouse, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred
✔️ Solid attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Experience performing quality checking duties highly regarded
✔️ Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
✔️ Current driver's licence and reliable transport
✔️ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
✔️ Ability to work effectively within a team environment
