About the role

MC10 Engineering is seeking qualified personnel for upcoming maintenance and construction delivery programs across Queensland. These roles require minimum mandatory IBCP (Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel) Prequalification and proven capability working within TMR frameworks.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct road inspections, surveillance, and compliance checks aligned with TMR requirements.

- Support contract administration, documentation, and governance under TMR requirements.

- Manage project delivery, contractor coordination, and performance monitoring

- Prepare structured, standards-aligned reporting suitable for council, TMR, and audit review

- Contribute to maintenance, rehabilitation, and disaster recovery programs

- Produce audit-ready documentation, surveillance records, defect reports, and contract administration outputs

About you

- Must already be IBCP Prequalification in one or more of the following: CA01/02 – Contract Administration, SEC01/02 – Site Engineering, PMC01/02 – Project Management & Coordination, IR01/02 – Roadworks Inspection

- Demonstrated experience delivering works (especially in DRFA and RMPC)



in accordance with TMR standards, specifications, and governance requirements

- Strong communication skills and capability to work with contractors, councils, and government stakeholders

- Experience delivering works under DRFA (Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements) including damage assessments, scope validation, RADAR documentation, and compliance with QRA/TMR processes

- Experience in RMPC (Routine Maintenance Performance Contracts) including defect identification, treatment selection, WBS management, claims, and performance reporting

- Familiarity with Queensland Main Roads District operations (Darling Downs, Sunshine Coast, SEQ)

- RPEQ is highly desirable for Site Engineering and Project Management & Contract Administration roles
