Project Overview
Genus Infrastructure (NSW), in joint venture with Acciona, is delivering the HumeLink East project — a $1.4 billion upgrade involving 237 km of new 500 kV transmission lines and works at Bannaby Substation. The project strengthens NSW's grid, supports Snowy 2.0 and increases renewable energy capacity. Construction began in 2025 and will run through 2027-2028, creating around 1,600 jobs and contributing $2 million to local communities, with strong commitments to environmental and stakeholder management.

About the Opportunity
Due to continued strong growth and the award of several new projects supporting important infrastructure across NSW, we are looking for a Document Controller to join our NSW team.

This role will see you control all drawings, specifications, plans, procedures, correspondence, and reports to ensure only current and authorised versions are utilised by the project teams. You will ensure all relevant data, systems records, and documentation are integrated and accessible in a timely and consistent manner.

Key accountabilities for the position will be:

- Support project team and key stakeholders in document management and document control systems with the Design and Completions team to manage deliverables within the Project's and Clients DCMS;
- Ensure the latest revision drawings, procedures,



forms and other relevant documents are available for use onsite by the delivery team;
- Issue transmittal letters and receipts;
- Understand and promote the Document Control Management System (DCMS) to ensure correct use and consistent application providing communication and feedback to the team as required;
- Assist with document retention, retrieval and filing;
- Assist the Completions Manager with the Completions process;
- Assist the Senior Document Controller with the training of staff in the DCMS;
- liaise with internal stakeholders on the DCMS as necessary to manage enquiries on the use of the DCMS;
- Implement and support the projects' document control management procedures;
- Proactively identify and report DCMS issues to the Senior Document Controller; and
- Monitor DCMS performance and report as appropriate (continual improvement).

What Capability & Experience will you need to have:

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others with strong collaboration and communication skills;
- Strong experience in project's utilaising RIB CX, and InEight Document preferred;
- Essential proficient skills in the following software: MS Excel, MS Word, email;
- Experience in various Electronic Document Management Systems;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands; and
- Must be energetic with a positive can-do attitude.
