We’re an established solar and electrical business in Armidale seeking an experienced, licensed solar electrician to join our growing team.

This isn’t an entry-level role. You’ll need substantial solar experience, high workmanship standards and the ability to lead installations without constant supervision.

For the right person, this is more than another electrical job. Share ownership is included in the package, giving you the opportunity to help shape the business and share in its future success.

The role

Your work will include:

* Residential and commercial solar installations

* Battery installations and broader electrification work

* Switchboard upgrades and fault-finding

* Testing, commissioning and documentation

* Leading installations and supporting less-experienced team members

* Communicating professionally with customers

* Contributing practical ideas to improve and grow the business

About you

We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to make Armidale home—not simply travel to the region for project work.

You will ideally have:

* A current unrestricted NSW electrical licence

* A current NSW Electrical Contractor Licence, or the ability to obtain one

* Several years of hands-on solar installation experience

* Strong switchboard, testing and fault-finding skills

* Battery experience or a desire to develop further in batteries and electrification

* The ability to manage jobs independently

* A current driver’s licence and White Card

* A dependable, collaborative and commercially minded approach

Current solar and battery accreditation will be highly regarded.

* Total package of $120,000–$150,000, including, 12% superannuation and equity
