About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Execution Planner to join a high-performing project team in Adelaide, supporting the delivery of a major resources project. Working within a multidisciplinary project environment, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, monitoring project performance, analysing critical path activities, and providing accurate forecasting and reporting to support successful project execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planning professional to work on a complex, large-scale project while gaining further exposure to a major project environment and working alongside experienced engineering, construction and project controls professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all phases of project delivery.
- Prepare detailed workstream and package schedules to support project execution.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and project teams to ensure schedule alignment.
- Review subcontractor schedules and progress data for integration with the overall project schedule and key milestones.
- Monitor project progress, forecast outcomes and undertake critical path and schedule variance analysis.
- Identify schedule risks and opportunities and support mitigation, recovery and corrective action planning.




- Prepare planning documentation, schedule reports and project performance updates for key stakeholders.
- Support change management activities and ensure compliance with project controls processes and procedures.
- Provide effective planning advice and support to project teams throughout execution.

About You

- 10 - 15+ years' experience in project planning and scheduling across large-scale engineering, construction or EPCM projects.
- Experience within the mining, resources, infrastructure or heavy industrial sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining and analysing complex integrated project schedules.
- Strong understanding of project progress measurement, forecasting, critical path analysis and schedule reporting.
- Proven ability to identify schedule risks and develop practical mitigation and recovery strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multidisciplinary project teams.
- The ability to work effectively in a quick-paced project environment and provide high-quality planning solutions.
