As Change Manager, Commercial, you will play a key role in delivering large scale business transformation initiatives that support customer experience, operational excellence and commercial growth. Working across a diverse portfolio of strategic programs, you will lead change planning, build organisational readiness and help teams confidently adopt new ways of working.
This is a unique opportunity to work across complex, cross functional initiatives, partner with senior leaders and influence how change is delivered across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end change strategies, plans and activities across multiple various transformation initiatives.
- Assess the people impacts of change and develop practical adoption approaches.
- Partner with project managers and delivery teams to integrate change into project execution.
- Coach leaders to build readiness, capability and engagement through change.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption activities that drive successful outcomes.
- Contribute to governance, reporting and consistency across the broader change portfolio.
- Collaborate with specialists including communications, learning and project resources where required.
- Support sustainable business outcomes by embedding new behaviours, processes and ways of working.
About You:
- 4+ years’ experience delivering change within complex organisational environments.
- Demonstrated success leading transformation programs that involve technology, process and people change.
- Strong understanding of recognised change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience working across large, cross functional projects with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.
- Commercially minded, customer focused and able to connect change outcomes to business objectives.
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in rapid paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Naturally curious with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for helping people succeed through change.
