Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, person-centred, evidence-based care in accordance with clinical standards

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/resident care plans

- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice

- Monitor patient and resident conditions and escalate concerns when required

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

- Support residents, patients, and families with empathy and professionalism

What We're Looking For

- Relevant qualifications and current registration/certification where applicable

- Current AHPRA registration for nursing and allied health roles

- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred

- Experience in acute care,



private hospital, rehabilitation, or aged care settings highly regarded

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

- NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check (where applicable)

- Full Australian working rights
