About the Role

As an Automotive Estimator, you'll play a critical role in the repair process, acting as the key point of contact between customers, insurers, suppliers, and the workshop team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing accurate repair quotations and assessments

- Liaising with insurance companies, customers, and work providers

- Conducting vehicle inspections, damage assessments, and photographic records

- Coordinating parts ordering to support efficient repair schedules

- Monitoring repair progress and ensuring customer expectations are met

- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the repair journey

- Working closely with technicians and production teams to achieve timely outcomes

- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as an Automotive Estimator within the collision repair industry

- Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair methods, and estimating practices

- Experience using estimating systems such as Audanet, iBodyshop, PartsCheck, or similar platforms





- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Sound computer literacy and administrative capabilities

- The ability to prioritise workloads and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
