Hoban Recruitment is partnering with our client, a rapidly growing online education provider, to recruit Sales Consultants to join their high-energy call centre team in Armadale.

We’re looking for salespeople ready to hit the ground running, with a start date of 30 September.

This is a role for someone who loves sales, thrives on targets and gets a buzz from closing a deal — but also wants to know that the people they are speaking to are taking a genuine step towards a better career.

You’ll be speaking with prospective students who have already expressed interest in studying and helping them choose the right pathway for their career goals.

About the Role

You'll be part of a vibrant, performance-driven call centre where every day is focused on conversations, conversions and hitting targets.

You will:

- Speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in studying
- Build rapport quickly and uncover each student's career goals
- Recommend suitable courses and guide students through their options
- Handle objections confidently and turn conversations into enrolments
- Follow up leads and manage your pipeline through the CRM
- Work towards daily and weekly sales KPIs and targets
- Consistently work towards individual sales and enrolment goals
- Contribute to a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture

You’ll ideally be someone who:

- Has previous sales experience – essential
- Has experience in call centre sales or door-to-door sales – MUST HAVE
- Is confident, bubbly and naturally comfortable talking to people
- Loves the buzz of a busy sales setting
- Is motivated by targets, KPIs, competition and earning potential
- Is resilient and doesn't take rejection personally
- Enjoys overcoming objections and closing the deal
- Brings energy and enthusiasm to the team every day
- Wants to build a genuine career in sales
