About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant at The Quarie Bar & Brasserie, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Preparing and serving drinks including beer, wine, cocktails, and coffees
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Maintaining cleanliness of the venue
- Communicating confidently with customers and team members
- Set-up and pack-down of service areas
- Upholding health, safety and hygiene standards
- Representing the venue with a qualified and well-groomed appearance
