We’re now looking for an Assistant Property Manager / Field Agent to join our Property Management team.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who is already working in real estate and looking to take the next step, or someone with strong customer service, administration or property experience who is looking to build a long-term career in Real Estate.

Working closely with our Property Management team, you’ll play an important role in keeping our clients’ properties well maintained, well presented and professionally managed.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing detailed entry condition reports
- Conducting routine inspections
- Completing exit/vacate condition reports
- Conducting leasing inspections and open homes
- Meeting prospective tenants and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with the leasing process from enquiry through to application
- Meeting trades, valuers and other property professionals at properties
- Assisting the Property Management team with general day-to-day duties
- Supporting the wider team with inspections, appointments and property-related tasks
- Developing your knowledge across all areas of Property Management

Previous Property Management or real estate experience is highly regarded, but attitude, work ethic and the desire to learn are just as important.

A current Queensland driver's licence and the ability to obtain the relevant Queensland real estate registration/licence will be required.
