Estimator – Building & Construction
Location: Dubbo, NSW
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is a rapidly growing insurance building and restoration provider, delivering high-quality repair and reinstatement outcomes for insurers, brokers and property owners across Australia. They're now looking for an experienced Estimator to help drive their business in Dubbo.

What You'll Be Doing

- Interpret and write scopes of works for building reinstatement projects
- Attend sites to estimate costs and work with supervisors to meet budgets
- Liaise with clients, insurers and sub-contractors, and coordinate site access
- Build robust relationships across the insurance industry
- Ensure work and documentation meet OH&S; and contractual requirements

What You'll Bring




- Carpentry / building trade background or estimating experience
- Insurance or remedial building experience ideal, not essential
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence with Microsoft Excel, Project and Word
- Current motor vehicle licence
