Our client is one of Australasia’s leading retailers of premium spas, saunas and swim-spas. With an established reputation for quality products and exceptional customer service, they are seeking a driven and personable Sales Consultant to join their Osborne Park showroom.

The Opportunity

This is a customer-focused sales role where you’ll guide customers through the journey of selecting a premium lifestyle product.

You’ll manage enquiries from the showroom, phone and online channels, identify customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, prepare quotes, follow up leads and confidently close sales.

Uncapped Commission – No Ceiling on Your Earning Potential

This role offers an uncapped commission structure, giving high-performing sales consultants the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings based on performance.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills

- Be confident building rapport and asking for the sale

- Be motivated by targets, results and uncapped earning potential





- Take ownership of leads, follow-ups and customer relationships

- Be organised, driven and qualified

- Be receptive to coaching and committed to continuous improvement

Sales experience is highly regarded, particularly in furniture, automotive, real estate, home improvement, fitness or telecommunications. However, attitude, drive and personality are equally key.
