Redlynch is one of the fastest-growing pockets of Cairns, and our book is growing with it. We're bringing on another dentist not to backfill a gap, but to take the new-patient flow we already can't keep up with.

What you'll earn

40% of collections. On the current book and new-patient flow, working four days puts you in a solid range — we'll walk you through the actual production numbers at interview rather than ask you to take it on faith.

The practice

Fully digital: Sirona Intego chairs, digital sensors, Medit i500 intraoral scanner, in-house 3D printing. Comfortable, modern setup with the diagnostic and workflow tools to do good dentistry without waiting on referrals for the basics.

You won't be on your own

Redlynch is part of a dentist-led group — the people making the decisions are clinicians, not accountants who bought a practice. Treatment plans are yours, there's no imposed treatment-mix targets, and complex cases get handed across rather than pushed through.

For experienced clinicians: we'll fund and support upskilling into implants and ortho,



with a wider network of practices to refer into and learn from.

The life

3–4 days a week, negotiable if you want more or less — we've made both work elsewhere in the group.

Redlynch sits in Cairns' northern growth corridor: easy access into the CBD, good schools, and the reef and rainforest both under an hour away. It's the kind of catchment that keeps growing without us having to chase it.

Who this suits

An experienced dentist who wants a genuine growth story rather than a caretaker role, comfortable across restorative, fixed pros, endo and exos. If you haven't done implants or ortho yet, we'll get you there.

Visa sponsorship can be discussed for candidates who graduated from Australian, NZ, UK or Canadian dental schools.
