We’re looking for someone with a unique skill set and a deep understanding of NDIS participant funding to join our team located in Cleveland.

This role plays a critical function in maintaining organisational compliance, supporting quality assurance and ensuring that service delivery aligns with contractual, legislative, and funding requirements. You’ll act as a key link between Operations and Finance to ensure claims, billing and funding processes are accurate, timely and compliant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Prepare, review and submit funding claims in accordance with IEA and NDIS requirements

- Ensure claims, participant records and service agreements are accurate, compliant and supported by appropriate documentation

- Enter and Manage NDIS Service Agreements, Schedules of Supports, funding allocations, service bookings in the CMS

- Monitor claim deadlines, funding utilisation and invoicing accuracy, identifying and mitigating over/underspend risks

- Investigate and resolve claim queries, rejections and compliance issues

- Conduct audits and support internal/external compliance reviews

- Provide guidance to staff on claims processes and compliance requirements

- Liaise with funding bodies and stakeholders to clarify claim requirements or resolve issues

To be considered for this role ideally you will possess:

- In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework,



including pricing arrangements and support categories

- Proven experience working with NDIS service agreements and funding plans

- Strong understanding of CMS platforms and client record management

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to interpret financial data and translate it for non-financial stakeholders

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience in disability or community services sector

- Familiarity with systems like Akuety, MYOB or similar is desirable

- Project or process improvement experience
