What You’ll Be Doing

· Processing and coding supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner

· Verifying invoice details against purchase orders and delivery documentation

· Maintaining organised and up-to-date accounts payable records

· Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies





· Processing payments in accordance with company policies and payment terms

· Managing vendor inquiries and resolving payment-related issues

What We’re Looking For

· Works well within a team environment.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Motivated and enthusiastic to learn new skills.

· An attention to detail & effective time management.

· Robust Microsoft office skills

· Proven experience working in an accounts payable or similar accounting role for a minimum of two years
