Concise Recruitment has been retained by a long-term Client to secure them a high-performing Construction Manager capable of managing a $200M project portfolio.
Our Client is a well known 2nd tier multi-disciplinary builder that's been in operation for over 20 years. They work across the commercial, education, apartment and institutional market sectors delivering projects ranging in value from $10M - $150M and pride themselves on their ability to maintain long-term relationships with their loyal Client-base.
They are one of the few builders that are currently growing in Victoria and this growth means they are looking to split the projects and bring on an additional Construction Manager to oversee 4 - 6 projects (and the associated project teams).
To be considered you will have extensive management experience here in Melbourne within the commercial market sector (1st or 2nd tier) in either a Project Manager or Construction Manager position.
You will have extensive Design & Construct experience and will have a reliable employment history with a long list of references. You can come from a trade or tertiary background but must be equally comfortable in the boardroom as the site office!
