Job Description

Monash Health is seeking a General Medicine Pharmacist for a part time fixed-term role at Dandenong Hospital. You will deliver expert clinical pharmacy services and contribute to education and quality improvement to support safe patient care transitions.

You will work with the General Medicine Pharmacy Team Leader and a multidisciplinary team to standardise practices, develop guidelines, and contribute to governance and workforce development within a dynamic hospital setting.
