What We're Looking For

- Experience working within an early years or nursery setting.

- Strong understanding of the

- Confident in safeguarding, behaviour management, and child development practices.

- Ability to work full-time, all year round.

Key Responsibilities

- Support children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
n
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
n
- Maintain a protected, stimulating, and nurturing environment indoors and outdoors.
n
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS guidelines.
n
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
n
- Contribute to planning, creative play setups, and daily routines.
