Are you a creative storyteller who knows how to turn an idea into engaging video content?

Dental House Group is looking for a talented and self-driven Videographer / Content Creator to join our growing team. You'll help showcase the people, patient experiences and personality behind our brands through engaging, high-quality digital content.

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently take content from concept to completion—including planning, scripting, filming and editing.

n

About the role

n

You'll work closely with our marketing and clinic teams to create content across our dental practices. No two days will be the same—you may be filming educational content with a dentist, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, producing patient stories or creating an engaging social media reel.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Developing and pitching creative content ideas

n

Planning shoots and maintaining a content calendar

n

Writing scripts and preparing content briefs

n

Filming high-quality video content across our clinic locations

n

Editing short-form videos, reels and other digital content

n

Adapting content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube

n

Capturing authentic staff, patient and behind-the-scenes stories

n

Keeping up to date with social media trends and platform best practices

n





Managing content projects independently from concept through to delivery

n

Travelling between clinic locations when required

n

About you

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

Has experience creating and editing engaging video or social media content

n

Is confident filming people and helping them feel comfortable on camera

n

Has strong visual storytelling and scriptwriting skills

n

Is proficient in editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar

n

Understands how to create content suited to different social media platforms

n

Can manage multiple projects, deadlines and filming schedules

n

Is proactive, organised and comfortable working independently

n

Is based in Melbourne and has a current driver's licence and reliable transport

n

Can provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant video, reel or content work

n

Experience creating content for healthcare, professional services or multi-location businesses would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
