The Maronite Sisters Village in the Inner West is seeking a Personal Care Worker (PCW) reporting to the Director of Nursing. The position requires versatile availability with potential for morning or afternoon shifts and 5 days per week.

Key responsibilities include helping residents with showering, grooming, feeding and daily care, communicating with residents, families and staff, attending to buzzers, and upholding quality of life with accurate documentation.
