What's my job?

Located in Sydney, our Production team is looking for a Producer to join their team. You will play a key role in supporting the seamless execution of creative projects across film, stills, digital content, and post-production. Reporting to the Chief Production Officer, you will manage all campaign productions, and ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations.

A day in the life

- Manage end-to-end production processes for a variety of creative campaigns, from conceptualisation to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and every project runs seamlessly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various formats, always keeping an eye on the big picture while managing the details.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative standards, elevating the output of the studio and maintaining its reputation for excellence.
- Manage production budgets and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Manage schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all deliverables are on time while exceeding creative expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal creative teams, external vendor partners, and clients, acting as a trusted partner and point of contact.




- Stay ahead of industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

- You're capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with tight deadlines, without missing a beat.
- You're a master coordinator who can juggle the big picture with the smallest details, balancing creative ambition with practical execution.
- You are proactive and solutions-focused, always two steps ahead in identifying and resolving potential challenges.

- You've got 2-3 years experience in a production role at an agency.
- Familiarity with emerging production technologies and tools.
- A growing network within the production world.
- A passion for storytelling and creativity. You take pride in your work and have genuine enthusiasm for the brands you collaborate with.
