Job Description

n

The role is responsible for the following:

n

n
- Prepare management, statutory and shareholder reports for Australian entities
n
- Manage reporting templates and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
n
- Oversee reporting timelines and review business unit reporting packages.
n
- Manage group consolidation and analyse monthly financial results.
n
- Support year-end audit, corporate modelling and debt covenant reporting.
n
- Prepare technical accounting papers and support impairment testing.
n
- Perform treasury accounting including foreign currency, derivatives and debt reporting.
n
- Prepare and reconcile treasury and master entity journals and accounts.
n
- Review balance sheet movements and complete general ledger reconciliations.
n
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc projects.
n




- Maintain compliance with company obligations and reporting requirements.
n
- Support governance processes for entity structures, general ledger accounts and intercompany relationships.
n

The Successful Applicant

n

A successful Senior Corporate Accountant should have:

n

n
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
n
- Skilled accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA or CA) are highly regarded
n
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting processes
n
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
n
- Experience with an ERP
n
- Experience in statutory reporting & group consolidations.
n
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
n
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
n
