Blackbook Executive is seeking an experienced Reliability Manager to lead the maintenance function at a major Brisbane site. You will own the site-wide strategy, drive reliability, OEE, uptime and safety, and build a proactive, data-driven maintenance culture across the plant.

You will coach and develop the maintenance team, implement proactive maintenance and RCA methodologies, and partner with Production and Engineering to improve asset performance and capital planning.
