Job Description
The Company
n
Forget your standard hospitality venue. This fast-growing national entertainment group operates across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA, bringing together hospitality, entertainment and high-energy guest experiences under one roof.

Think bowling, laser tag, karaoke and escape rooms alongside buzzing bars, cocktails, pizzas, burgers and share-style dining. These are busy, high-volume venues where no two shifts are the same.
n
With continued growth across Australia, this business can offer genuine career progression for hospitality leaders who thrive on pace, people and creating memorable experiences.

The Role
n
As Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be a key part of the venue leadership team, helping drive the operation across hospitality, entertainment and guest experience.
n
This is a hands-on management role. You'll be on the floor leading your team, solving problems, keeping service moving and making sure guests have a reason to come back.
n
Working alongside the Venue Manager, you'll support team performance, rostering, training, compliance, bar and floor operations, labour management and overall venue standards.
n
You'll also play an important role in building a positive venue culture, developing your team and maintaining the energy expected from a busy entertainment destination.
n
If you enjoy large teams,
busy services and being part of the action rather than managing from an office, this could be a great next move.
