The Role

This is a full time / casual position, with versatile shifts including weekends.

You will work closely with our Head Chef and senior team members to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation with high standards & consistency.

- Adherence to all NSW Food Safety and WHS regulations,



with strong focus on maintaining a clean & organised work stations.
- Working on various stations (hot, cold, and grill) as required.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, professional kitchen culture.

About You:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar, quality restaurant environment.
- Strong culinary & communication skills.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethics.
