Job Description

St Vincent's Health Australia in Melbourne, VIC, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Hospital in the Home (HITH) to deliver hospital-level care at patients' homes, residential aged care facilities, or via telehealth.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, deliver IV therapies, coordinate referrals, work with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff. AHPRA registration and 3+ years post-graduate experience required; Victorian driver's license essential.
