About the Role

n

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be one of the first points of contact for customers—both onsite and over the phone.

n

You will combine customer service, sales support, and administration tasks in a fast-paced team environment. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinating and booking daily outbound freight
n
- Processing customer sales, EFTPOS transactions, invoicing, and credit notes
n
- Making proactive sales calls to existing account customers
n
- Providing general office administration and website/order support
n




- Assisting sales managers with quotes, invoicing, and customer enquiries
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
n
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using databases/ERP systems
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
n
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
n
- Willingness to learn and become product knowledgeable
n
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
