Reporting to the Geospatial Manager and Project Managers, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate survey outcomes across major civil projects while mentoring Surveyors and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise Surveyors and subcontract survey teams on site.
n
- Deliver construction set-out, topographic, as-built and end-of-month surveys.
n
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to support project delivery.
n
- Produce accurate survey models, reports and project data.
n
- Manage and maintain surveying equipment and calibration requirements.
n
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver surveying solutions.
n
- Mentor junior and graduate surveyors to build capability within the team.
n
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and project specifications.

Requirements
n
n
- 7+ years' experience in bulk earthworks or civil infrastructure surveying.
n
- Previous experience leading survey teams on major civil projects.
n
- Strong capability using Total Stations, GPS/GNSS and surveying software including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
n
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and provide technical guidance on site.
n
- Australian working rights and a current Driver's Licence.
n
- White Card and relevant surveying qualification (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma preferred).
