Wamarra, in collaboration with Symal, is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our civil construction team. This hands-on role coordinates site activities, leads crews, and ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard across earthworks, drainage, pavements, concrete and service installations.

You'll work closely with Supervisors and Project Engineers to drive performance on site, mentor operators and labourers, and maintain quality through ITPs and inspections.
