About therole

As ournew Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of operations,leading the maintenance of both fixed and mobile plant equipment atthe site. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly by coordinatingelectrical and mechanical servicing, as well as maintenanceupdates.

If youhave strong experience managing teams, a trade qualification inelectro-technology, mechanical fitting, diesel, or a related field,this role is for you!

Duties

- Participate indeveloping, recommending and instigating sustainablemaintenance plans and programmes to ensure projects arecompleted in time with operational requirements
- Manage themaintenance of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, fixed andmobile plant and equipment
- Perform Root CauseAnalysis Reports and initiate continuous improvementplans
- Ensure the accurateand timely upkeep of all maintenance records within the companysystems
- Ensure that allexport terminals are maintained in accordance with currentEnvironmental Legislation and Acts
- Motivate, coordinateand train employees to facilitate safe, competent andinitiative driven outcomes

Aboutyou

- Proven experience inmanaging teams with a trade qualification inelectro-technology, mechanical fitting, diesel, orsimilar
- Previous experiencein the grain or bulk handling industry (desirable)
- Ability to work atheights and in confined spaces
- Strong peoplemanagement skills, including performance reviews
- Valid driver’slicense and positive knowledge of technology to support roledelivery
