Adbri Concrete is seeking a motivated Batcher / Plant Operator to join the Katherine team. No batching experience required—we are open to training the right person with a robust work ethic who enjoys a fast-paced team environment.
The role combines concrete batching, customer service, scheduling, loader operation and plant coordination, with daily duties including taking orders, scheduling deliveries, operating batching systems and ensuring on-time performance.
