What you’ll be doing

As the Quality & Performance Lead, you will partner with operational leaders, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to drive excellence in service delivery, customer outcomes and organisational performance.

Acting as a trusted clinical advisor and subject matter expert,



you'll lead quality assurance and governance activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide expert guidance on complex clinical and customer matters.

While this role has no direct reports, it provides significant leadership through influence, collaboration, coaching and expertise.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Leading clinical quality, risk and governance activities to ensure protected, compliant and high-quality service delivery
- Analysing incidents, complaints, customer outcomes and performance data to identify trends, mitigate risks and drive improvement.
- Partnering with operational leaders and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen clinical practice and customer outcomes.
- Providing expert clinical advice and support relating to complex customer needs, care planning, case reviews and service escalations.
- Building organisational capability through education, coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

To Be Successful, You'll Bring

- A bachelor's degree in nursing, Health Sciences or a related discipline




- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum five years' experience in clinical leadership, clinical governance, quality management or risk management
- Demonstrated experience in clinical auditing, quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary aged care regulatory requirements
- Experience leading investigations, incident management and root cause analysis
- Advanced analytical, reporting and data interpretation skills
- Experience working within multidisciplinary care environments
- Exceptional communication stakeholder engagement and influencing a capacities
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to work autonomously
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
- A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
