Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults aged 9-25 across Burwood East and Croydon. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, plan NDIS funded therapy packages, and act as the main contact for participants and families.
Applicants should have a relevant tertiary qualification and registration, with 2+ years of youth experience, and a willingness to work toward billable targets. A driver’s license and skilled memberships are preferred.
