We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Kitchen Assistants to join our afternoon production team.

Roster

n

Our Production Kitchen operates Sunday to Friday.

n

Team members generally work 5 shifts per week, with one rostered day off during the week.

n

Afternoon shifts commence at 1:00pm or 2:00pm and the team works together to complete the day's production requirements before finishing.

n

What You'll Do

n

Assemble & Pack

n

n
- Prepare sandwiches, wraps, baguettes and salad cups to company specifications
n
- Portion ingredients accurately and maintain product consistency
n
- Label, date-code and package products ready for distribution
n
- Ensure products are presented neatly and professionally
n

n

Food Safety & Quality

n

n
- Follow food safety,



HACCP and allergen management procedures
n
- Complete temperature checks and quality control processes
n
- Maintain FIFO stock rotation practices
n
- Follow clean-as-you-go procedures and end-of-shift cleaning requirements
n

n

Teamwork & Production

n

n
- Work efficiently to daily production plans and deadlines
n
- Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and fellow team members
n
- Assist with a variety of tasks across the production area as required
n
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for people who enjoy working as part of a team, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality products.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience in food production, commercial kitchens, cafés, canteens, food trucks or similar environments
n
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
- Strong attention to detail when following recipes, portion guides and labelling requirements
n
- A commitment to food safety, hygiene and quality standards
n
- Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn
n
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
n

Experience is highly regarded; however, we also welcome applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
