Your NewRole
The Activity Officerwill primarily be responsible for building community involvementand ownership of cultural activites/programs within the localcommunity. This will include the delivery and supervision of arange of programs that address the cultural needs of the localcommunity. AboutYou
- Experience indelivering and supervising cultural programs and working withchildren and young people within the community
- Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills with demonstratedability to build relationship with stakeholders including youngpeople from diverse backgrounds
- Effective timemanagement and organisational skills with a demonstratedability to meet deadlines and commitments
- Demonstratedability to work autonomously and as part of a team, which mayinclude working in remote communities
- Intermediateskills in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel,Outlook)
- Hold a lightrigid driver's licence and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (orability to obtain)
- Current FirstAid and CPR certificates (or ability to obtain)
