We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is also able to nurse when required. The ideal candidate is passionate about oral health and dedicated to helping patients understand the value of maintaining a healthy, beautiful, and long-lasting smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding appointments, payment plans, and clinic operations.
- General data entry and mailing tasks.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
- Take initiative and be proactive in managing daily tasks and challenges.
- Experience and knowledge of infection control standards.
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Handle conflict resolution and confrontation professionally and effectively (though rarely necessary).
