Job Description

Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Melbourne to translate business problems in customer service into scalable ML, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. You'll own end-to-end delivery—from ideation through deployment—while shaping data strategy, governance and risk considerations.

You'll collaborate with product, technology and business stakeholders to productionise models, monitor performance and drive responsible AI adoption across the Customer Service Network.
