Sydney Tap and Bathroomware is a boutique, family-owned showroom in Mascot. We’ve been helping people design beautiful, functional bathrooms for over 40 years. We sell premium products, but our approach is humble and collaborative - no pushy sales tactics, just genuine advice and great service.

We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team - someone who enjoys working closely with customers, helping them create the bathroom of their dreams, and being part of a supportive, female-friendly showroom environment.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcoming walk-in customers and guiding them with warmth and professionalism
- Taking a consultative approach - listening, advising, and building trust
- Preparing quotes and managing orders using our systems
- Learning about our premium product ranges and becoming a trusted expert
- Keeping the showroom organised, stylish, and customer-ready
- Collaborating with a supportive, people-focused team





Who we’re looking for

- Previous retail or showroom experience (bathrooms, interiors, homewares, or renovation-related)
- Strong customer service skills and a consultative approach
- Approachable, professional, and confident without being pushy
- Comfortable using computer systems for quotes and orders
- Enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and helping people achieve their design goals
- A willingness to learn and grow in a creative, boutique environment
