Gateway Health in Wangaratta is seeking a Carer Peer Worker on a temporary part time basis until 30 June 2027. The role supports mental health carers, family and kin, delivering the Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect Centres across the Hume Region.
You will collaborate with carers and Team Leader to provide trauma-informed peer support, access to resources, and brokerage for respite, with a focus on culturally safe, person-centred care.
