About the RoleEnjoy a flexible and rewarding casual role as part of our dedicated Home and Community Care team. You'll be supported by a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional care. This role involves travel around Mandurah and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include:

Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showeringAssistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)Engaging in social activities as required.

Domestic assistance / housework.

About YouTo be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have: Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualificationsOwn vehicleWA Driver licenceFirst Aid & CPR- or willingness to obtainValid working rights in Australia (Passport,
