HotDoc is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to build and own recruitment end-to-end for the business. You’ll define intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and handover, and shape the function from the ground up.

You’ll develop live talent pools for recurring roles, partner with executives, and set the standard for AI-enabled recruiting while scaling across engineering, product, growth, and commercial functions in Australia.
