Voyages Tourism Australia is seeking an Outdoor Dining Shift Leader to live and work onsite at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT. You will lead Food & Beverage operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in a premium resort environment.

Responsibilities include assisting daily ops, supervising in the absence of supervisors, training staff in SOPs, and fostering skilled behaviours while representing the brand across shifts.
