Lumia Care Dulwich Adelaide is seeking a high-energy Recruitment Consultant to join our busy nursing agency team. You will build an active candidate pipeline and recruit Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to meet client and shift demand.
This rapid-paced role requires speed, persistence and excellent candidate management. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through onboarding, support casual bookings, and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients and
