Join our dynamic National Business & Service Development team at St John of God Health Care, where you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative clinical and non‐clinical services across our national hospital network.

n

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare services across one of Australia's largest private health care providers to identify, evaluate and deliver new clinical and non‐clinical service opportunities that improve patient access, strengthen hospital performance and support sustainable growth.

n

Key responsibilities

n

Partner with hospital leaders, specialists, and other key stakeholders to identify and develop new clinical and non‐clinical service initiatives that support organisational growth and commercial performance.

n

Undertake detailed financial and activity analysis, and use market and performance data to identify opportunities, service improvements, and develop innovative solutions.

n

Develop business cases, assess commercial viability, and manage specialist resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

n

Contribute to regional and group-wide clinical service planning and strategic growth initiatives.

n

Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote and support new and expanded service opportunities.

n

Your skills and experience

n

You are a commercially astute professional who combines strong analytical capability with the ability to influence, engage and drive outcomes in a complex environment, along with:

n

Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or a related discipline,

n

Significant experience in management consulting, business analysis and/or commercial service development within a large and complex organisation.

n

Demonstrated experience in service planning, design, analysis, and commissioning

n

Strong financial analysis, modelling, and business case development skills.

n

Experience leading projects and navigating stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation.

n





Exceptional communication, relationship‐building and negotiation skills.

n

A strategic mindset with a strong focus on translating ideas into measurable outcomes.

n

Experience in healthcare and/or a strong understanding of the private hospital sector will be highly regarded

n

We can offer you

n

Salary: $160,200 to $178,000, plus 12% superannuation

n

Full‐Time position

n

Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of perks such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package perks above the FBT cap on items such as:
