Talent Acquisition Group has partnered with one of Australia's one of most diverse food manufacturing companies and is currently seeking to employ food process workers in Springwood, 4127 QLD.

These roles are across Monday to Friday with day, afternoon and night shift available. We have immediate starts available.

About the role

n

n
- Assisting on production lines within a bakery setting
n
- Packing, sorting, and preparing baked goods for distribution
n
- Monitoring product quality and consistency
n
- Operating basic bakery or production equipment
n
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety requirements
n
- Manual handling and repetitive tasks
n
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
n

n

To be successful for the role you will require the below

n

n
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, or bakery environments is an advantage
n




- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace
n
- Physically fit - must be able to lift up to 20kg repetitively
n
- Available to work in both production and warehouse environments
n
- Unrestricted working rights.
n
- Must be able to pass pre-employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screening
n
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
n
- Comfortable standing for long periods
n
