The North Face Australia/NZ is seeking a Senior Training & HR Partner to lead HR administration and retail training across Australia and Current Zealand. You will work with the HR Partner, APAC Academy, and global HR, combining Workday processes with hands-on training leadership.
You will design and deliver brand fundamentals, sales excellence, and leadership development programs, coaching store teams, and coordinating HR content and compliance. This role reports to the HR Partner, AUNZ.
