Our client is a well-regarded and growing advice firm. Based in a well-resourced North Sydney office with offshore support, they also service a client base in Newcastle.

The Opportunity

The business is seeking a Financial Planner early in their career to service an existing book of clients while contributing to the organic growth of the business. As a self-licenced practice, you will have exposure to a range of complexities with both mass affluent and high net-worth clients.

Working alongside a Partner of the business, you will have direct access to an experienced industry veteran. In addition to the diversity of clients in various stages of wealth accumulation and retirement, this is a career accelerator within a boutique setting.

The Role

- Provide consistent quality advice and service to both new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, other staff members and clients




- Assist with the development of complex advice strategies and recommendations
- Assist with advice document preparation as required
- Be an active team member and contribute your ideas in the growth phase of this business
- Attend new and existing client meetings - HNW accumulators, retirees/pre-retiree’s

About You

We love to see applications from enthusiastic and motivated professionals

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial planning
- Ability to develop solid relationships with clients, fellow staff and other professionals including referral partners of the business
- Confident and ready to take on clients
- Excellent communications skills in all forms
- Desire to work with a young, energetic firm with ambitious growth plans and a strong professional network
