About the Role

n

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and the Workshop team, ensuring every customer receives clear communication, professional service and a seamless experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Delivering an exceptional and personalised customer experience
n
- Managing customers throughout the servicing and repair journey
n
- Conducting vehicle check-ins and accurately recording customer requirements
n
- Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop team
n
- Preparing accurate repair orders, estimates and invoices
n
- Keeping customers informed of vehicle progress, costs and completion times
n
- Identifying additional service and repair opportunities
n
- Following up customers and building long-term relationships
n
- Ensuring work is completed to manufacturer standards
n
- Working towards customer satisfaction, sales and performance KPIs
n

About You

n

We're looking for a confident, professional and customer-focused automotive professional who understands the importance of delivering an exceptional experience.

n

You'll bring:

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
n
- Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and workshop operations
n
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
n
- Professional presentation and a genuine customer-first approach
n
- Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail
n




- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Confident negotiation and upselling skills
n
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence
n
- Mazda or dealership experience will be highly regarded.
n
